On Sunday, January 15th, 2012, our audio time-stretching software was updated. And Audio Speed Changer Pro (ASCP) is now at v1.4.4. The changes are as follows:

• The application now can be controlled using the command line.
• Added a digital signature to both the main executable and the installer program.
• The library for handling ID3v2 tags is upgraded.
• Tested compatibility with the Windows 8 Developer Preview.
• Improved playing back and rewinding of super short audio.
• Fixed a memory leaking bug of the main list control.
• Add Directory now remembers the most recent used path.
• Elaborated the setup script to assign hints to the created shortcuts.
• All the used audio libraries are now up to date.
• A few grammar corrections in the app interface.
• Various minor improvements.

We recommend that you update to this release as soon as possible due to a lot of improvements made.

On Tuesday, September 13th, 2011 we updated our visual Turing machine simulator for Windows to v1.3. These are the changes made:

• Fresh bundled Turing machine algorithms for text: straight and reverse copying.
• A sample Turing machine program is now opened at the very first start of Uber Turing Machine.
• Fixed a bug in the code of removing a state.
• New option for the reporting window — “Stay on Top”.
• Enhanced appearance of the window “Reports” on Windows Vista/Seven.
• Added company website links into the Help menu.
• Fixed the hyperlink in the About window.
• Introduced tips for the shortcuts created by the setup script.
• Some internals were enhanced.
• A few typos were corrected.

The release has a lot of enhancements. So, if you already have the simulator installed, we highly commend you to update it to this latest version.

On April fourth, twenty eleven our geotag remover is updated to the version 1.6. The changelog is:

• Added some website links into the Help menu.
• Improved previewing of pictures: CMYK JPEG photos are now supported, fixed resource leaking, enhanced performance.
• Fixed memory leaking of the list for previewing Exif.
• Now shortcuts created in the start menu and on the Windows desktop have informative hints.
• A lot of minor enhancements.

ExifCleaner v1.6 is a minor release, but it is highly recommended to upgrade from elder versions.

Our Windows utility that enables you to delete Exif from JPEG photos, ExifCleaner was updated to the version 1.5. Here is the list of changes:

• A new extra option to remove FlashPix extensions (APP2 FPXR).
• Added a confirmation of deleting metadata from JPEG photos.
• Now there is a total image count on the main status bar.
• Now the application tries to create a destination folder when processing.

This minor release is highly recommended to upgrade for taking advantage of the newest changes and additional features.
